Returns and Exchange Policy

At Jenook Furniture Liquidators, your satisfaction is important to us. That’s why we’ve created a policy that’s fair to our customers while also sustainable for our business.

📦 Returns
Due to the nature of our liquidation business, all sales are final after a 24-hour return window.
We do not offer returns or refunds once an item is purchased in-store or online and the 24-hour period has passed.

🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any reason.
Once an item has left our store, we are no longer responsible for any damages.

❌ Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase (in-store or online), as long as:

• The item has not been shipped or delivered.

Please note:

• A restocking fee of 2.6%–4% will be applied.

• After the fee is deducted, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.
